Once you’ve got a great training and diet program in place, you may start experimenting with supplements to build muscle. There are a ton of products on the market that promise everything under the sun. The truth is no supplement, pill, vitamin, or concoction is going to take the place of putting in the hard work! The term supplement is exactly what it implies – it is a supplement to a healthy lifestyle and nutritional program. Remember the commericals from the 80′s and 90′s from a well known Brand promising quick weight loss simply by substituting “a quick shake” in place of a meal? Those meal replacements are now being marketed as supplements. The reality is they are one in the same.

You’ve heard your Personal Trainer say it a thousand times “eat more protein!” And whether you are a cardio queen who’s focus is weight loss and losing inches around the waist, or a hardcore bodybuilder who wants to add inches to his biceps, this is good advice. Protein shakes and meal bars are great quick fixes for on the go people but the best nutrition sources are real food. No trainer or nutrition supplement rep can deny that.
Sometimes the last thing you want to do at the end of the day is come home from work and have to prepare yourself a good high protein meal. As prepared as we may try to be, planning out or making meals ahead of time isn’t always easy either. Calories burned in Spin Class is among the highest for any aerobic class you may attend. Of course the total benefits achieved from spin class, also referred to as indoor cycling, are dependent on how much effort you exert. This afternoon I took a spin class after a 6-7 week absence and was reminded again how great it is as a fat burning workout. Close Grip Bench Press is one of the best triceps exercises you can do to get bigger arms and build muscle!
The triceps muscle is technically called the triceps brachii muscle which is latin for “three-headed arm muscle.” This is the large muscle on the back of the upper arm opposite the bicep and its purpose is to extend the arm from the elbow joint.
The triceps brachii can be trainer through compound movements or isolation exercises and will statically contract to keep the arm straight against the resistance of weight of force.

How to treat calloused hands: Rough, dry hands have been experienced by most people who hit the gym. Sure some may see it as a “sign” of hard work and dedication, but you’re delusional No one wants to hold a gross, dry calloused hand no matter if it’s attached to the fittest body.
