Philadelphia Personal Trainer Jim McGoldrick proudly holds 6 Health and Fitness Certifications. In his own words, “My life mission is to help others achieve success that they never thought was possible. I have been in the health and fitness industry, helping others achieve their goals since 2006. I got my start in personal training through the National Personal Training Institute where I took 100 hours of the Theory and Practice of Personal Training, 100 hours of Basic Nutrition, 100 hours in Anatomy and Physiology, and 200 hours on Practical Application of Personal Training.”
A few of my other certifications include National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer, Russian Kettlebell Certified Instructor, an Olympic Lifting Certification, POSE Running Certification, and Fit Nutrition Certification. I am also a certified Bodyweight Outdoor Bootcamp Instructor. I have held numerous personal training jobs in the last 7 years including, managerial positions instructing other trainers, before breaking out on to my own.
